Section 01
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.

How to Start a Return
Contact us
Reach out to our team at info@elayaventures.com or call 206-222-6431 with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive return instructions
We’ll review your request and send you a return authorization along with instructions on where to send the item.
Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
- Our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged): We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind or other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Section 05
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank first and then reach out to us if the issue remains unresolved.
Section 06
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
If your item was defective or damaged, we will send a replacement directly — no need to reorder.
Section 07
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
