Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited 2–3 business day shipping is available at checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our facility in Renton, WA.

Yes — we ship nationwide to all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your package every step of the way.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no hassle.

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We carry a range of materials including 100% cotton, bamboo fiber, and microfiber. Each product listing specifies the exact material and GSM (grams per square meter) so you know exactly what you're getting.

Many of our towels — particularly the bamboo fiber range — are naturally hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin. Check individual product descriptions for specific details and certifications.

We recommend washing towels in warm water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener as it reduces absorbency over time. Tumble dry on low heat. Care instructions are also included on each product label.
