Shipping Policy
Section 01
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Section 02
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
Section 03
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain product categories. If your order cannot be delivered to your address, we will contact you promptly.
Section 04
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the “My Orders” section.
Section 05
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking number for the latest carrier updates
- Verify the shipping address you provided at checkout
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom in case the package was left with them
- Contact us at 206-222-6431 or info@elayaventures.com if the issue persists
We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Section 06
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at 206-222-6431. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
Elaya Ventures LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order due to an address error.
Section 07
Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
